Monica Leggett

Monica Leggett, CPCC, is a life coach for people of all ages, women, young adults, entrepreneurs; all with an interest in living their most fulfilled life. Her passion is to help people FLOURISH in ALL aspects of their lives; from self-awareness and career, to family and fun, and everything in between. Monica’s goal is to help her clients step into their lives with new focus and direction, to realize who they are meant to be. Monica enjoys working by phone with clients all over the country as well as public speaking and workshop facilitating. Her tools include identifying inner roadblocks, developing a strong inner voice that supports and guides, time management and time awareness skills, and goal-setting plans to frame the path toward fulfillment. Monica is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) who trained with The Coaches Training Institute and The Center For Right Relationships. Monica has been involved in community service through the Trumbull Community Women for 16 years. Working as an agent for change in the world of conservation, she has developed the Tidy Up Trumbull Program and an annual Earth Day Fair, earning the Trumbull Humanitarian Award in 2004. Monica lives in Huntington, CT with her husband Steve. They have 3 children and one grandchild.
