Divya lives in Jamaica Plain, MA with her husband, three-and-a-half year-old son, and fifteen-month-old daughter.
In a previous life, she tried to be a rock star and even recorded a CD of original music. But these days, her guitar only comes out at home.
In a more recent life, Divya worked as a nonprofit crusader in sexual health promotion and violence prevention and response. After struggling with work-life vertigo after her children were born, Divya left her beloved job for an even tougher one: staying at home with her kids.
Divya spends her days folding laundry, building lego towers, and wiping yogurt out of her children’s hair.
When she has a free minute, she blogs about mommyhood and plays her guitar.
