So these kids we have...they didn't come with instructions. It's very easy to slip into the daily grind with our families and forget that we might be able to prepare for some of the challenges we face.
Conscious parenting is about making sure we're there for the kids. It's also about being aware of what they need before they need it. Sound like more pressure? We thought so too until we started learning more about it.
When the ideas about conscious parenting can actually be applied, they provide a structure and an easy support for making sure we really take care of our kids without sacrificing our own needs and precious energy.
