If you're reading this, you probably just had a baby and we want to wish you a huge congratulations!! Welcome to the wonderful and amazing world of motherhood.
And...wow, a newborn. You now have a new life that is completely dependent upon you for food, sleep, health, happiness, and well, everything. It can be completely overwhelming. Throw hormones and lack of sleep on top of it all, and you have a recipe for some serious stress.
Now, this is not to take away from the amazing, wonderful, euphoric experience that this is too. It's absolutely incredible and there is a lot to learn really quickly.
And no matter how many times someone has told you about huge this transition is, you cannot understand it until you go through it. So before you call your close relatives and yell at them for not telling you about this, remember that they probably tried. But, it's near impossible to tell anyone what to expect.
If you're having an experience like most of us had, you may find yourself asking questions like, "Am I normal to feel this way?", "Will I ever feel like myself again?", "What if I mess this up?" A whole slew of questions and concerns that not everyone talks about.
Well, that's why we're here. There has to be a Better Way, and we're here to tell you what we've found that can help make it a little bit easier.
