Getting In Shape For Summer
...The Winter did take its toll. With Summer coming up I know I’ll want to fine-tune my food and exercise habits without feeling starved or sacrificing what I like...

Tune Out Ear Infections For Good!
Preventative measures are the safe, natural, and side-effect-free form of health care...

Better Way Tips:

  1. Eat one balanced meal a day.
  2. Shave your legs at least every other day.
  3. Look your kids in the eye when they talk to you.
  4. Make a to-do list with only 3 things on it at a time. Once all 3 are complete, make a new list.
  5. Write or speak to one friend every day.
  6. While in the shower, or wherever you have more than 30 seconds to yourself, think of 2 things that you're very grateful for (i.e. You still have hair, your home, your husband, your health etc). Throughout the day, try and remember them to make you smile.
  7. Make the first five minutes that both you and your man are home together as positive as possible. Nine times out of ten, the first five minutes of an interaction will dictate how the rest of the day or evening will go.
  8. Create a daily reminder in your phone or date book to ask yourself: "What can I do for me today?"
  9. Pluck your eyebrows. Nope, we're not kidding. It will remind you that you're in control of something.
  10. Wear something pretty. Even if it's underwear that no one will see but you.
