Use This Site

How to use the site:

Well, we know you know how to "use" a site, but we're sick and tired of visiting websites and having no idea where to begin.  So here are some quick pointers.

• The navigation in gray up at the top will point you to the major sections of our site. 
• Once you click on a section, say "Triumphs," you will see the sub-sections that are available, "Share Your Triumphs," "Moms with Mojo" and "Tips." Click on any of those to dive deeper into each subject.
• The toolbox on the right will give you a quick glance at all the content and ideas we have for each section. Think of it a "cliffs notes" for each section.
• Most of the articles here were written by us. Who the heck are we? Find out more here.
• We love to hear from our users, and we want to share your stories! So feel free to submit your stories, thoughts and ideas for the site here: submit{at}betterwaymoms{dot}com. Select submissions will be edited and published.
• You won't find any message boards or comments on this site. While we love them, we've also found that we women can get off topic! So we encourage you to submit your stories, thoughts and ideas, at submit{at}betterwaymoms{dot}com, and we'll share them with the community! You get to share, people get to know you and the flow of topics is never interrupted.

Why we don't have comments/boards:

We want this site experience to truly be an online magazine. We would love to hear from you about what you read, and what you think. We will post select thoughts and comments, just as "letters to the editor" are displayed in magazines. We know this goes against the latest rage of social networking, but it is precisely because we care so much that we aren't jumping on any trends.

This is a site for all moms, for all ideas and for all perspectives. We've found that letting people post back and forth to each other can squash that freedom and hamper the feeling of inclusiveness. That being said, we are fair game. If you hate something we write, we want to hear about it. Your opinion matters just as much as ours, so write to us: submit{at}betterwaymoms{dot}com!
