What You Bring

Sometimes we forget it's about who we are for ourselves and our families.

This not only makes us feel great, it can provide a way for us to take care of ourselves. We all know that if mom is off, the family is off. That's how crucial our role is. Not something to take lightly.

A lot of times we can feel the pressure of motherhood, parenting, friends, work and being in a relationship. What there is for us to remember is that when we truly understand what we bring to all of these things, they can become fulfilling instead of burdensome. We're not always sure how to do that, but in this section you'll find some of our ideas.
